Chili`s in Vestal

Ordered food tonight through door dash. Nothing bad to say about door dash because my dasher has delivered my food before and she was more than friendly and prompt. Cant say the same for chili's. I ordered a mix and match fajitas. I ordered steak and shrimp. Not only was my steak burnt to the point I could taste the char on it but my veggies (green peppers and onions) were not fully cooked. On top of that I'm pretty sure my flour tortillas were old because I could barely bite through them they were so rubbery. Not happy at all with this order. Wont order again if this is the product I'll receive for my money spent

Everytime I order from here I'm disappointed. I ordered food through door dash twice and the food was disgusting. I've had better food from McDonald's. Never again.

Both main course dinner orders included chicken which you could bounce off the table. Rubbery and not edible. With apps and drinks we spent a good amount and only got offered a complimentary dessert. Sad part was my wife only got to eat peppers and onions off of a chicken skillet entree. Not going back.

One and done for me. Chili has just meat no veggies or beans. I ordered the cajun chicken and pasta and it was over seasoned with cajun powder. And it seemed like they were trying to push us out the door right after we ordered.

Honestly not that great. The food was cold and just wasn't too good. The establishment looked pretty nice, though, and the service was quick, so that's a plus.

Everything is pretty standard for a Chili's. Food is great and service is personable. I've been seated immediately every time I've been here. Decoration is pretty hip for a chain in Vestal. Not super vegetarian friendly, though - there are some vegetarian items and you can make any burger a veggie burger, which is super, but I've noticed there are some items on the menu (this happened to me with the Santa Fe Crispers salad) where there's no mention of meat in the description, but the standard version of the item does in fact include some sort of meat. So if this is a concern for you just check with the waiter before you order.

Had a wonderful experience with my family. They were slammed and looked to be understaffed but everything still came out great. 10/10 would party down again

Very poor service. Slow for being as empty as it was on a Saturday lunch service. My drink came out 20mins after they took my order. The chips and salsa took close to 40mins to arrive, they must have ground the flour and baked the tortillas fresh and harvested the tomatoes to give us the freshest salsa possible. Took over an hour for a burger. Then when it did come out it was extremely greasy. Other tables had been served who were seated after we were. We were never told the credit card machine was down until we were ready to pay for our check. Glad I had nothing planned for the rest of my day as this severally took longer than it should have for such fast food level quality food.

Food is goodService is goodPlace is cleanBut the 2 for 1 on the drinks needs to stop. The drinks are maybe in a 10 oz mug. Its just a silly novelty to get 2, feeling like there is more. Bring me 1 glass of my drink. 4 people in a booth or at a table and 8 mugs and its overstated and pointless. Stop it. No one cares about 2 small drinks vs 1 large 1. Give the option or something.

We had an excellent experience. Food was great, service was great we are very happy.

All six of us enjoyed our meals. My ribs were amazing. Our waitress was helpful prompt and friendly.

The service was rather slow tonight, and it didn't appear that busy, but you never know things could have happened. I had the crispy chicken crispers and they were decent, but nothing special. Overall okay.

What’s not to like? For 15 years I’ve always ordered the South Western Egg Rolls, they’re incredible. Parking can be a tad awkward (busy). Good food, great service. Good burgers and tacos. Drinks are decent, deserts and warm and yummy. Good food chain to visit, rarely do I have issues, recommended.

Me and my husband sat in the bar area around 2 still lunch time. We had the best bartender server. He was so professional polite kind very efficient and very at tentative to us. I did not get his name. But he had his hair pulled back. This is why people will come ba k.come back because

It is a mehh experience with mehh people that work to hard to serve sub par food. The fruit flies aren't seasonal here and that is disgusting having bugs fly around your establishment is always gross. But like I said it's a meh experience.

Always love this place..food is always great and very consistent. Staff is always going above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your food. I'm always looking forward to eating there again even if I just ate there today! Lol

Poor service & drinks took forever. They had a 4 alcoholic drink maximum and the manager hassled me about the next round so we left.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our waitress was awful! Never asked how our food was or if we needed refills for our drinks. I had to look at her until she came over so I could order dessert. When she came over she was rude and mumbled under her breathe as she was leaving!

The food was great and the service was wonderful. Seasonal changes in the menu were nice. The restaurant was very clean and pleasant looking. All in all a pleasant experience.

We came here on opening night about two years ago. The service was extremely slow and the food not so good. We returned this week hoping for better, but unfortunately, received not good food. The service was fast, it better when theirs only a few party’s there. It seems their menu is just too big to put out quality food. Would much rather go next door to Red Robin.

Placed an order to go went to pick up was about 7min late getting there my food was sitting one the table for almost 15min according to when I was told it was done and just like every time I go while door dashing no one was around to greet me or the 4 other customers waiting waited for almost 10 min then some one said who's doing the togos then they went and found her she gives us our order and get home to find out food is missing and now no one will answer the phones .real great management there guys

Please understand, this location has not been opened for a month yet. Staff is still training, plus new staff has a high turnover rate. Due to the fact it's a new restaurant and everyone wants to try it out. Long wait times and mistakes are guaranteed to happen. If you are someone who expects perfect experience only a month after opening, I recommend you wait for at least 6 months before trying this restaurant, and especially before giving a negative review.

Love this place, especially since they put steak back pn the 3 for $10 menu!

Food was great, with decent prices and was in and out fast enough to grab lunch.

Very nice nice ambiance, great food. Only quirk was that the waitress would not let us sit in a table where there was no sun, simply asked us to use the shades.

Food was good! Atmosphere is great, had a window seat by the bar. Margaritas we're excellent and if you go on happy hour cheap too! Waitress was very good always checking in to see how your doing or if anything was needed. Would and have recommend to friends.

Went once in Ithaca and hated it....Tried the one in Vestal for.the first time since it opened, and it was awesome. Nice hearty portions for the price. Our server was great. Left more than happy!

Food came out wrong. Medium steak was over well done, chicken quesadillas had pieces with no chicken. After we paid the bill on their machine we noticed on the receipt we were charged for the "free" chips & salsa as part of being a reward member. Waited almost 45 minutes for food that was not right all around. Will not be going back

Came with a party of 11, manager gave us grief immediately. Let him know he's making it hard to want to come back here and he then argued about splitting up the checks. Steer clear. UPDATE. They did reach out and offer a Gift card for this visit, the next visit was much better. moved to 3 stars.

Really good food. Not hard on your wallets. A really good place to hang out to watch a game.

Staff very friendly and courteous. Order was ready within minutes of me arriving to pick up. 😊

The Best food and service.

Food took the usual time at one of these places to come out, but our server Hollywood was attentive, friendly, and great to talk to.

Ordered a med steak came well done. The replacement was medium rare but took anyway. Because we had already waited for a while for our drinks and the first order. The second took just as long. I will say it was delivered by a manger that was at least done right. I don't recomend chili's and will probably pass next time. The food is good. And the margaritas are always tasty. If you don't mind the wait

Everything was great! We ordered the 3 for $10 deal and thought it was well worth it. We got everything in a timely manner and the food was perfect. The servers were very mannerly and checked in regularly.

Worst meal ever.. Burger dripping with grease. Package full of it and 10 napkins later still covered with it. I can understand with all the covid-19 stuff that things happen. But this is the second time we had bad food. We will nott be returning. Please fix your procedures! This was a waste of our hard earned money.. We want a refund..

The staff was pleasant and it was clean. The food however, looked and tasted like it was a premade frozen dish that spent too much time in the microwave. We had the nachos, ribs, corn on the cob and BBQ chicken. Their fries were good, and Tito's punch was great.

Long time for service asked bartender who came over to get us a drink because she saw us waiting unattended to take our food order. We had long wait to go thru menu. Husband burger was ordered no pink but had pink when he got it. Manager apologized appreciated that and took burger off expected that as it wasn't right. Ordered to go but got home and fries were missing.

Don't order takeout from this location. You will be disappointed in so many ways. For example, they are now 4/4 for not including salad dressing with a salad entree. These issues have been addressed every time on the feedback survey, yet continue to persist over the span of 2 years. You've been warned.

Eh. The chicken isn't as good as it used to be. Everything else on my sampler platter was pretty good.

Chilis was magnificent they were more than understanding to my wifes allergies the staff was nice and professional also. We received our food in a timely manner we will be going back
